Plastic Recycling Pellet Machine is used recycle reuse waste plastic materials. It has Automatic temperature, auto change screen filter. The material can be directly go into extruder when they crushed. The cutter machine use frequency motor, it can be cut according the speed of feeder.

Plastic Recycling Pellet Machine​ Features:

-Extruder is equipped with pressure sensors. Pressure sensor is used to detect pressure. When it’s time to replace filter screen, warning light will ring.

-Die-face pelletizing is expected to reduce manpower cost.

- Drivetrain: High torque precision gearbox. Low noise and steady operation.

- Dedicated screw and barrel design: The screw is specially designed for recycled materials based on their characteristics. The unique design ensures full degassing in operation.

-It can be used one stage or two stage ,depend on how clean of your raw material.

Plastic compactors reduce the original volume of the plastic by up to 90%. And any shape or memory of the plastic is destroyed, so the machines are ideal for recycling.

hot die face pelletizer also called water ring pelletizer, according the raw material, you can choose normal feeder, compactor feeder or nip roll feeder.

The entire production line has a high automation, which is a fully automatic assembly line.One people add waste plastics in front, The other one connect the pellets to the finished product, and realize a direct transformation from waste plastics to finished pellets.

The final pellets look beautiful, the shape is a cylinder, and the size and thickness can be adjustable.
