Processing

1. Whole tires are fed into a primary shredder and cut into coarse 6 '' to 2 '' chips. At this moment, the rags still contained steel.
2. The thick chips can be dispensed for use or further processed to remove steel from the rubber, resulting in cordless PTO.
3. Cordless PTO requires processing by a secondary grinder with steel extraction equipment installed.
About 100 pcs tires are required to produce one ton of PTO.
